Minutes and More grew out of a simple observation: condominium boards need more than a generalist administrative service. They need someone who understands the Condominium Act, knows what belongs in an official record, and can be trusted with sensitive board discussions.

Patti co-founded Minutes and More and, as COO, oversees the operations, people, and processes behind every set of minutes we deliver. She brings over 10 years of experience in professional minute-taking, with deep knowledge of what belongs in a condominium board's official record — and what doesn't. As our lead minute-taking professional, she sets the standard the whole team works to and personally reviews and finalizes minutes before they reach a board, so every client gets a record they can trust — whoever's taking notes in the room.

Katherine Casey
Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Katherine co-founded Minutes and More and, as CBO, leads the business's growth, strategy, and client partnerships — the work that keeps the firm moving forward so the team can stay focused on delivering great minutes. As an experienced minute taker, she also supports minute-taking directly as needed, working alongside Patti on board meetings and other client engagements.

Tori is instrumental in running our minute-taking operations, providing exceptional support to condominium board clients across Ontario. She oversees our minute-taking division, including minute preparation and scheduling, and serves as a liaison with property managers to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Tori also manages our team with a focus on quality and efficiency.
